PHIL - BRINGING HOPE TO YOUNG PEOPLE
Hi, my name is Phil and I’m the school chaplain at Clarence High. Prior to this role, I had a background in sales. I was drawn to chaplaincy as I felt called to help others.
As a chaplain I am involved in a broad range of activities at the schools, including Breakfast Club, class support, meet and greet, community shed programs, boys’ development programs, and liaising with teachers, parents and students.
This work is vital as I am available to assist the school community in times of need, to encourage them, and give them hope in their day-today lives. Together with SU Tas and generous supporters, we are bringing encouragement and hope to young people and their families in Jesus’ name. The work of chaplaincy will only continue with the support of the community and generous Tasmanians. Your gift will help support my work and school chaplaincy into the future!
